i HATE it when people call a place of business and the first thing they say is “who is this”?
WHO IS THIS? I’M YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE IS WHO I IZZZ!!!!!!
i just don’t understand what makes people think they can talk to people that way. this falls right under questioning the price in order to get something cheaper (uh, you wouldn’t ask that at a supermarket or department store, so don’t ask that at a small business)
